As more individuals loose their homes to foreclosure the demand for rental properties is increasing. We have already seen significant increases in demand and rents are heading up. We’re finally starting to see the bottom. Homes priced aggressively by the banks are now receiving multiple offers. In some cases up to 20 offers have been received The time to buy is now.
