Spanos Park is the A. G. Spanos Companies most ambitious development. Combined Spanos Park East and West are a one billion-dollar 3,000 acre master planned community situated on Stockton most northwest corner.
The Spanos Park master plan includes 2,800+ single family homes, three elementary schools, two middle schools, a high school, lakes, parks, recreation centers, bike paths, multi-housing units, executive office campus, retail complex and many other amenities which greatly add to the residents’ quality of life.
Spanos Park East, southeast of Interstate 5 and Eight Mile Road, was launched in the late 1980s. The development is home to 1,200 homes. The Spanos Park East boundaries are Eight Mile Road on the north, Interstate 5 on the west, Bear Creek on the south and Thornton Road being the east boundary.
