Spanos Park is the A. G. Spanos Companies most ambitious development. Combined Spanos Park East and West are a one billion-dollar 3,000 acre master planned community situated on Stockton most northwest corner.
Spanos Park West, southwest of Interstate 5 and Eight Mile Road, was launched in the early 2000s. The Spanos Park West boundaries are Eight Mile Road on the north, Interstate 5 on the east and Bear Creek on the south. HOA amenities include tennis courts, pool and clubhouse.

In 1999, The Reserve at Spanos Park opened itβs doors. It is a par-72, 7,000-yard Andy Raugust designed golf course. The Reserve is the centerpiece of Spanos Park West. It boast a 12-acre practice facility, a 6,500-square foot clubhouse, restaurant and snack bar, banquet facilities, tournament pavilion and a clubhouse verandah overlooking the 18th green.
