The new California Health Care Facility off of Arch Road in Stockton is expected to open in May 2013.  The 1.2 million square foot hospital is costing taxpayers $840 million to build and will provide 2500 to 3000 permanent jobs varying from nurses and doctors to warehouse workers. The facility is expected to bring $300 million in to the local community annually. I expect an increase in demand for Stockton real estate, Manteca real estate, Lathrop real estate, Tracy real estate and Lodi real estate.  Brookside homes, Spanos Park homes, Lincoln Village homes, Lincoln Village West homes, Mossdale Landing homes and Quail Lakes homes will be in great demand.
