Gregory Basso Thinks Forbes Was Wrong About Stockton

Back on February 4^th in Forbes Bayonets Stockton and Central Valley Real Estate, I wrote about an article in Forbes Magazine where they had compiled their most miserable cities list ranking Stockton as the number one most miserable city. Although Stockton has seen some tough times I hardly believe it would qualify as the most miserable city and neither does Gregory Basso. Mr. Basso is a retired Stockton resident and the founder of Sunrise Sanitation Co.
