The tight housing market has lead to a tougher market for buyers using FHA & VA financing. In the past 3 months 51% of single family homes sold in San Joaquin County were either REO or Short Sales. 32% of transactions were cash sales, 34% were conventional financing 29% were FHA and 3% utilized VA financing.
