Stockton at Highest Risk for Mortgage Fraud

Mortgage fraud continues to increase and is likely to get worse as the nation’s housing markets remain distressed, according to the FBI. The worst cities in the nation for fraud risk are Stockton and Modesto but Merced, Bakersfield and Fresno are also in the top ten list.
